After scoring one of the quickest knock outs in boxing history, Marvin Quintero of Tijuana, MX, returns to training for his last bout of 2009.
Quintero stopped Walter Estrada (35-11, 24KO) of Colombia in only 25 seconds to earn the victory in the walk out bout of Last Saturday’s fight card held at the Treasure Island Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Antonio DeMarco, who fights of the CREA Gym as well Quintero, won the WBC interim lightweight title in the semi main event bout of the night.
Quintero (17-2, 13KO) will return to the ring on December 4th in Santa Ines, CA, in a bout televised by the Showtime‘s network ShoBox.
No opponent has been named for the 22 year old Quintero.
