WBC female flyweight champion Mariana Juarez had no problem excelling the ten round sparring test presented to her this week. Under the watchful eye of her trainer Jose “Olivaritos” Morales, Juarez sparred with three different partners who fight at the bantamweight limit.
“She looks very strong, especially with her right hand and very quick hands. We are confident that she will be able to beat her next opponent,” Morales stated.
Juarez (20-5-3, 9KO) will be defending the crown she captured last month in Jalisco against Irma Sanchez against Carolina “La Fiera” Alvarez (9-2-1, 4KO) July 25th at the Municipal Auditorium in a fight card presented by Box Latino.
