KJ Noons Far Right
San Diego’s own middleweight and former MMA champion KJ Noons is ready to take on his hometown of Houston, TX, by storm as one of the featured bouts of “The Beatdown in H-Town” presented by TKO Boxing on Thursday May 28th at the Houston Arena.
Noons (8-2, 5KO), who trains out of the City Boxing stable, will be facing Washington state middleweight champion Enrique Gallegos (6-4, 1KO) in an eight rounder.
“Houston is my hometown and can you believe it, this is my first time boxing here,” Noons stated to Fightnews.com at a recent press confernce. “I’m very thankful to the TKO team for making this happen and look forward to putting on a great show for the hometown fans.”
Also featured on the fight card is featherweight Dat Nguyen (14-1, 6KO) and Rafael Valenzuela (12-1, 6KO).
