According to a later report by Lee Bates in Fightnews.com, The final scores were 99-90, 98-91, and 98-92 all in favor of Acuna. Nava (19-3-2, 10 KOs) was very game and pressured Acuna most of the fight but Acuna’s defense was very tight and she countered with headsnapping punches throughout the bout. Acuna dropped Nava with a double jab in the final seconds of the bout to put an exclamation point on her victory.
