Former three divisional champion Erik “Terrible” Morales’ Box Latino Promotions will present “The Revenge” this Saturday night, April 4th, at El Foro Theatre in the heart of Tijuana, MX.In a featured bout, up and coming undefeated super flyweight David “Flecha” Gaspar (11-0-1, 7KO) of Tijuana, MX, by way of Santa Ana, CA, will face off with his toughest challenge to date in Carlos Rueda (11-3, 10KO) of Nicaragua, Rueda is no stranger to Tijuana since last August he made a name for himself for getting up from the canvas and breaking the jaw of his then opponent Juan Luis Hernandez.
The bout between stylistic boxer and brawler is scheduled for ten rounds and will be broadcast locally thru CADENA TRES (channel 28 Mexican cable).
In another featured bout, Juan Luis “Black Pearl” Hernandez (11-2-1, 8KO) returns to his native Tijuana to hopefully defeat for the first time Costa Rica’s Alejandro “Timon” Martinez (12-0, 8KO). The bout is scheduled for ten bantamweight rounds.
“The Revenge” fight card will also count with the appearances of local talent such as Jorge “Negro” Silva, Felipe Salguero and Victor Capaceta. Also the exciting and popular local heavyweight Tony Mendivil will be featured.
